Thank you for choosing Sweet Bees Sutter to add a little extra joy to your day. To ensure each order is crafted with care and every customer receives the attention they deserve, here are a few important guidelines to keep in mind when placing your order:
Placing an Order:
All orders, and order inquiries, should be submitted through the website at https://www.sweetbeessutter.com/buzz-me .
Have a special request? I’d love to hear it! Please include details in the notes section, and I’ll do my best to accommodate.
Order Confirmation:
Submitting an inquiry is the first step but does not guarantee your order. Once I’ve reviewed your request, I’ll follow up directly (via your preferred contact method) to confirm order details, pickup time, and payment information. Your order will be secured after this confirmation.
Deposits for Larger Orders:
For orders over $50, a 50% deposit will be due at the time of order confirmation.
Lead Time for Orders:
Standard orders require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Special requests or custom orders may require additional time, and I’ll communicate that with you as needed.
Pickup Policies:
Pickup times are scheduled within a 30-minute window, as agreed upon during order confirmation. If you anticipate being late, please reach out—I’ll do my best to coordinate a later time.
While I’ll always strive to accommodate, I can’t guarantee availability beyond the agreed pickup window without prior notice.
